1. Acceptance of Terms

("Mr. Nimi," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to our website, online learning resources, software, and AI-driven tools (collectively, the "Services"), you ("User," "Subscriber," or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

 

2. Third-Party Service Providers

 

Mr. Nimi relies on third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hosting services, cloud storage providers, AI model providers, and payment processors, to deliver its Services. These third-party providers operate independently, and we do not control their availability, security, or performance. We are not responsible for any interruptions, failures, delays, or other issues resulting from third-party service disruptions.

Our Services are provided "as available," subject to the continued operation and service delivery of our suppliers. We are not liable for any loss, damages, or inconvenience resulting from interruptions caused by third-party failures.

 

3. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability

 

3.1 No Guarantees

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Mr. Nimi makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or effectiveness of the Services, and we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

 

3.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr. Nimi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, arising from:

• The use or inability to use our Services

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content provided

• The actions or inactions of third-party providers

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

• Any other matter related to the Services

If, despite these limitations, we are found liable for any damages, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding six (6) months.

Mr. Nimi's Premium platform is designed for children but must be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian. If you are under 13 years of age, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By using Mr. Nimi Premium, you acknowledge that the platform is designed with children’s safety in mind and complies with applicable child privacy laws, including COPPA.

We are committed to offering age-appropriate content and secure digital experiences, guided by best practices recommended by child safety organizations such as ESRB, IARC, and kidSAFE.

It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to supervise use of the platform by minors and to provide any required consent for account registration or data usage.

All content, materials, and technology associated with the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, and educational resources, are owned or licensed by Mr. Nimi and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mr. Nimi, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners, and their respective heirs, from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
